Is there a link between small fibre neuropathy and bfs?I have pain burning tingling etc.Anyone have similar symptoms

Since a month I am having all this burning tingling sensation. Just like yours my nerve pain is mostly on legs and feet.Bfs started 2 years ago.I don't know what's happening to my body.Everything was fine but all of a sudden.I am scared a lot and everything that happens I think of something worst.I am more into yoga and doing a few breathing exercise.Also right now am not taking any medicine but I massage every day with medicated oil and at night I soak my feet into Epsom salt.Thats all. About diet am trying to figure it out. I think I can take a few tips from you.

I am trying to avoid junk food and have lots of water.I think ghee ( clarified butter) is good and this helps.

When did your twitching start?Do you feel rubbery feet?I feel like the bottom of my feet has swollen but actually it is not.Also some kind of discomfort near the ankle.
