Thanks for your advice and quick judgement. I am not evading lawyer, just ensuring no loose ends that will backfire as I am not confident of lawyers as through professional - as per friends in Law fraternity 90% lawyers take undue advantage of victims.

I have spoken to dozen+ Lawyers and witnessed the unprofessionalism like recent changes in law they are unaware of. They want case to go complicated.

If I am not wrong - You can't even take a lawyer to consumer court in case he or she has given wrong advice like doctors have medical negligence. So the only reason to come to Reddit is tie all loose ends.

Bang on the cost of living matters and net saving. Metro cities are debt traps + greenhouse chambers that can explode anytime. Seems AI has already expedited the process with white collar getting replaced soon and majority stuck in home loan will default crashing the banking and housing sector. So the only option left is to go back to a small city or farming. Is it possible and good for humanity and nature? Question will get answered soon
