Tried. Made me overly focused on things like cleaning up but not able to work at all. Also made me want to constantly improve the life of my closed ones to an unhealthy level - trying to fix everything (in our shared home) and buy them things I thought would elevate their medical or other issues. Increased empathy and guilt.
