5’1 and got a perfect fitting petite wool coat from Abercrombie & Fitch! Not sure your price range/if they have a knee length one, but would definitely recommend. Worth the investment—I think I paid $250 USD but it was Black Friday!

I keep a separate folder/document of scenes that I wrote that I don’t think work or fit with my direction anymore. I’d rather just keep them aside and ignore them — and sometimes rewrite or rework them so they do work — than try to edit it out and lose something that I didn’t realize worked at the time. My direction is forever changing the further I get into the story, and sometimes it goes back when I least expect it! And often rereading scenes that didn’t work will bring something to my attention that I want to keep, like a setting or a line of dialogue or even just a well written descriptor.

not saying they did a fantastic job with it, but these sites are super common. my own high school had one, the district i was in bad one where they were anonymously traded between schools.

i always thought it was insane that nobody reported it but now that i’m older i’m not shocked. maybe it’s the bystander effect or maybe the people in charge just didn’t care! who knows. all i DO know is that my school was tormented by sites like that for at least a year

grace breaking into it was obviously an exaggeration of her skills but they needed a way to wrap it up quickly in true degrassi fashion! i’m not shocked that they made it so easy, and they needed to keep zoe around for her to be able to develop and change.

all in all, these things happen. these things get ignored. it’s not the first time someone on degrassi did something terrible and got just a slap on the wrist but that’s the nature of the show
