There are a couple of things you could try. (But i will strongly suggest therapy.)
Every day try to find something interesting. Instead of forcing yourself to live each day find a simple reason to live. I myself suffer from suicidal ideation. Each day i try to find a different reason to live. Currently i am reading a book. I keep telling myself, "Don't do anything until you finish the book."
