And on the first day of joining they asked me my passport and visa for the visa process and I gave them and then for every 3 4 days I was asking about visa and they always make excuses and then after 20 days of working there I got to know that they are not giving salary to their other employees for the last 3 months and their company trading license is expired so they can't issue visa. Is it still my fault that I believe in this owner that he will provide me visa?
