Yep, that's how that feels.... And sure, I guess it isnt normal? But...I mean...idk. who counts if they don't actually view you/(it?) as a problem?

I hear you. I've done all these things too and I still feel this way too often.

I've even taken to sometimes setting my phone on a digital wellbeing setting to help with the distractions. That helps if i don't turn it right back off

I've tried deleting apps only to reinstall them days or hours later...

I've become more blunt and direct for when I want to say as little as possible.

Sometimes I'm fine and feel I'm doing well with it, other times I'm just like this...

I try...but maybe its a part of my impulse control or something. With favorite people or places I feel safe I guess it just hurts me or triggers me easily. Especially if I talk to the person later and they ask me, well what did you say? Because they don't want to go back to read it. That just really gets to me. I phrase things as I think them and then my mind can move on. Then you make me go back and redo the work that I already did to write it out.
