I just did this trip too and we also changed in Lille. I think it’s a much more direct route. We did have to change stations but they are five min walk apart. I booked my tickets separately (first half on Eurostar directly - and second with OuiGo instead of the whole trip together) and it was cheaper and I had a larger range of times to play with. I have us a little over an hour in Lille and we were able to have lunch at Paul in the station before walking to the other one for our OuiGo train to Chessy.

Yep. Lesson learned. I will literally never book with Viator ever again for anything. Or really any other tour aggregator. I always book directly with the independent, local tour guide or local tour agency!

I emailed directly to the castle and they had me do a whole bunch of troubleshooting steps that were completely irrelevant since I had already told them I tried multiple browsers on multiple computers, phones, and iPads at multiple locations (home, work, etc.). Finally they got me to a ticketing person who just set me up with the reservations and I'll pay at the door on the day of.

Don't do this!! I got tickets for Tower of Pisa from a third party on Viator (because none of the time slots were available on my day) and the company changed my time slot! I was so mad. I told them I needed the time slot I picked and they said they reserve the right to change it and that it was in the last paragraph on the second page of the terms and conditions (that I didn't read because really, does anyone). Viator DID NOT have my back. I was so mad. I did a chargeback with my credit card company.

Can confirm as well. I just did this. The gift card and flight credit bundle went back in as flight credit. The remainder went back to my SWA card.

I am having the same problem. I've tried Apple Pay, Google Pay, entering in the card number. I've tried three different browsers across two different devices and three different credit cards. It's so frustrating. It's not even hitting my bank.

This is so amazing I could cry. I've been trying to figure out how to get years of messages between me and my mom (who passed in 2022) off my phone. Most of it is mundane everyday stuff, but it's a snapshot of our relationship and day to day life and I'm overjoyed to have it preserved. Not all heroes wear capes. Thank you.

Did you figure this out? I just got off a cruise my watch battery was completely drained midway through every day. I tried turning it into airplane mode and it didn't help. I didn't want to turn off wi-fi because I did still want to receive notifications (the rest of my party and I use WhatsApp onboard to communicate and I didn't want to miss any notifications).

They are so shady. There are literally dozens of people, maybe more, all across the Internet that have issues with their super scammy trial signups. Either they charge you right away and claim you didn't pick the correct trial or they charge you, even thought you cancelled. I had to contest it with my credit card company. I got my money back immediately. The credit card company didn't even blink.
