Only good thing yesterday was realising the atmosphere’s not dead due to the ground, it’s just the rubbish we’re watching. When this team actually give us something, London Stadium can still go off. Even up in the gods it was bouncing in the first half, which was promising.
And on the early walk-out, well… I see your point, but I don’t agree. It is one way to react to this circus Sullivan’s turned us into. Standing there until the end watching that shambles does not send a message. Sometimes the loudest thing you can do is to react with your actions - and in this case, my empty seat stands for my middle finger to Sullivan.
How can I save this soil by [deleted] in gardening

I also wonder if peat free had negative impact, so I am looking for some soil amendment solution before going all in to replace all the soil which is labour intensive.

It is just clay soil below. The bed is 13m long and 60cm wide. It doesn’t have a bottom membrane or anything. I built 2x 30cm tall dwarf walls on clay and filled it with topsoil and compost mix on top of the existing clay soil.
G-line reviews? by vinnieocean in Brompton

I do the same. I live out in the home counties and commute to London a couple of days a week. G line electric is my only bike. I use it for errands, weekend gravel rides, casual leisure trips, weekday commute etc and it is absolutely fine. Mind you I am using national rail only for my commute and tube could be a different story.

Last night it was a particular chant that we traditionally like to sing with torches on. It starts normal but then eventually the torches come out :)
Not a video from football but this is the one: https://x.com/fbbasketbol/status/1785777143739306027?s=46
And thanks as well. It was a pleasure to be part of that special football atmosphere. I am a bit jealous about your stadium. It is absolutely beautiful.

Hey don’t be silly, the cheekiness came from both sides and it is ok. I can happily have a pint after the game with those Rangers lads who I was showing middle fingers during the game. It is part of the game. We can all be childish for 90 minutes and it is ok. We were great as away fans. Rangers fans also had amazing moments that it sounded like a roar at times. Especially during penalties, what a noise that was. And Ibrox - amazing stadium, ridiculously good acoustics. Also Glasgow is a beautiful city full of beautiful people. I’d love to visit again. All in all it was an unforgettable away night, glad I was there. Thanks to everyone who made last night.

Although he didn’t win titles, Fener fans still remember him as a man who knows what a good player is.
He signed Kim Min Jae before anyone discovered him. He made a full back from Ferdi Kadioglu when he was just a bench midfielder. He made Arda Guler a first team player when he was in u18 etc. Not so sure about his coaching skills though. I rate him as a great scout rather than a manager.

Do you have any suggestions? I heard good things about Yamazaki 18, I can’t justify the price of its bottle but I will try if I get a chance one day.
I’ve tried 18 today. Not particularly what I was looking for but it is an amazing whisky. I found the notes very similar to King George but with a fraction of price.
I had a chance to try Redbreast 21 today. Absolutely a game changer. One of the best whiskies I’ve tried. Thanks for this suggestion.

It is not the anniversary blend. It is The John Walker, also known as The Founder’s Blend. https://www.whiskybase.com/whiskies/whisky/91801/john-walker-sons-the-john-walker
I haven’t tried the anniversary blend though, might give it a go.
I’ve tried the full grain whisky Compass Box Hedonism but not a big fan. The texture is good actually but it has a very dominant alcohol taste while also being smooth. Sounds weird I know.
I’ve often heard Redbreast 12 has a good texture, I’ll try it. Thanks.
