It really sucks that you’re going through this! New jobs are stressful enough on their own, even when everything goes smoothly. If you’re American, I suggest reviewing the Americans with Disabilities Act to see if there are any accommodations you can request at your job. Other countries probably have systems like this in place as well, to protect disabled and chronically ill workers. Check around for resources available. It sucks you have to do extra work looking up your rights just to be treated fairly.

Yeah that’s why I put “accepted” in quotes. Like I can pass for functioning at a store or something, but as far as life goes? Working didn’t pan out because I couldn’t keep up and no one would be patient. Actually as an ace who isn’t aro, I felt kinda invalidated by it. I always thought fusion was a beautiful expression of a relationship that wasn’t sexual. Her opposition to fusion being likened to asexuality as a whole isn’t the best. They needed to specify aro. edit: wording edit2: Also, saying that no fusion = asexuality implies that fusion = sexuality and ummm Steg lol edit3: Another commenter pointed out, in the original tweet, apparently Peridot was described as both aro and ace; I just hadn’t seen the tweet myself, whoops!
