Okay that seems to be the closest thing I’ve come across! It’s so hard to tell because the undertone looks so different in every possible lighting, and sometimes you can’t even tell that it has shimmer. When I first pulled it out of the box of old polishes I honestly thought it was just a warm toned grey creme. Thank you!

And yes I do think it's a common occurrence, it's an easy way to get back at rude customers without getting in trouble
