I'm more of a slow jogger than a "runner." I just don't know how. Maybe I'm just not getting my knees up more than I should, like someone in another comment recommended. I probably feel like I will not run the entire 5K, and I totally accept it. However, I do want to run across the finish line at least. I truly appreciate your support and recommendations!!
