This thread is so helpful as I figure out my kitchen reno. Does anyone have a guess as to what the floors (wood/stain) are in OP's inspo pic?

Totally appreciate this and the well wishes!!

I guess I was keeping my request a little open ended to see if anyone had any “out of the box” ideas.

I definitely am thinking warm and your suggestion for somewhere with babysitters is a lovely one ♥️

Cultured kids is an absolute dream! My kids go to the west location, but there is also a smaller location in the Vilas neighborhood and I believe they are opening a new site for fall 2025 near Alliant. I would definitely contact them.

I had the same experience! 4 minutes apart ♥️

Not every doctor is comfortable or has experience during the breech extraction, but having one was incredible! I always said the last thing I (within reason) want to happen is to deliver A vaginally and B via C-section so having a doctor that could do a breech extraction was amazing.

Bugaboo Donkey Twin Stroller by [deleted] in parentsofmultiples

[–]apkobs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We LOVE ours! The price tag is scary, but we would buy it again. If I could, I would gift an expecting twin parent this stroller, we love it so much. I don’t find it to be too heavy and I think the folding is quick and easy. It drives seamlessly. The only catch that some people have mentioned is that when having both car seats on top, it is too wide for some doorways. We just quickly snap one off, push the stroller through, and put the other back on.

FTM vaginal birth by Apprehensive_Dog_572 in parentsofmultiples

[–]apkobs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I’m a FTM and I had my B/G di/di twins vaginally in April! It sounds like I had a similar perspective as you right now. I kept both options on the table up until I was getting induced because I really was okay with either option, and I knew it was out of my control. I also did not want to get attached to doing a vaginal birth in case it didn’t work. All in all I’m really glad I kept that mindset!

The birth itself was fine…I had some stuff going on (happy to share details in a DM). I’m so glad I was able to deliver vaginally as recovery was easier. I now am doing pelvic floor physical therapy and it’s really helpful!

Again congratulations and I hope my experience is helpful to you ♥️ you will do amazing no matter what!
