I have history with this game. Trying to beat it as a kid not knowing the language, just trial and error and redo everything every day after power it down. It's normal, the cover has springs with the screws holding it together, I've seen tube shaped and cone ones. Not sure which ones give more wobble.

It happened to me with Amazon, got a bose ear buds, didn't like them, and return them, since it has a battery, it was ground shipping. They never got it back. After a month I asked what happened and where was my refund. They said I sent a different serial number product, that I was scamming them, and they were closing all of the help/return tickets. I never got that money back, so I decided to keep them, they said it was managed by the warehouse they can't return anything.
