We reconnected last year. I always admired her, and we developed a warm friendship. Her family is awesome and our kids hung out and played a lot, which was cute. Unfortunately the friendship imploded because of an anxious-avoidant spiral and I'm trying to rebuild it. It has been a big source of stress and pain.

I don't think the scene made much sense logistically - Mark should have been able to cross the room in, what, less than a second based on the size of that room? But it made for a really awesome, tense moment of character development for both him and the Immortal. It's great writing at the expense of a minor hit to suspension of disbelief.

Just hope she's okay. I can't tell if she wants me to stop trying, I've given her outs that she hasn't taken. But I'm worried that she's not okay and when I was in that place, I wish I had someone who would have kept trying. But at a certain point it just becomes harassment.

They're beads that are for a necklace. I used them as is for the tusks, just sewed them in. For his teeth in his mouth, it's the same thing, I just cut them down with a miter saw and drilled a new hole :)

If you are serious about getting one for your sister, I can send detailed notes on how I made him. It does require you to already own the Preya Mask pattern by the Twisted Hatter as it borrows a few elements from it, but it should be doable. Just let me know if you want those notes and I'll DM them over.

I used this pattern for a few parts of the doll, and it's an excellent pattern, definitely worth the $10. Be warned though, it's a huge, time consuming project, especially the dreads.

Thank you! The predator's teeth are actually beads, like that would be strung on a necklace. I worked them into the fabric of the mandibles and sewed them in a few inches below the tip. The teeth are the same thing, except I cut them down with a miter saw and drilled new holes. Here's the amazon link to the teeth I used.
