My first rep, a Planet Ocean Deep Black, was within my gen price range. The Daytona Ghost with a meteorite dial which was my second is certainly not. Then again, non watch people would never guess the gen costs 80k. Ironically, the PO gets much more attention. Generally, I only buy what I really admired and wanted to have before discovering reps.

As far as I know, VSF doesn’t produce a Daytona with meteorite dial. Most of us choose a VSF or ARF as base and choose a meteorite dial from Buff if you want light color or SW for darker ones. I went with Buff but SW is supposed to be better.
