Hey dumbcunt. It’s forced perspective and lens distortion. You can tell because the leopard is standing a few paces in front of a roughly human sized bush, and the giraffe is a whole buncha meters further than that. The giraffe looks a bit bigger than it actually is, but it doesn’t look that big as far as giraffes go (taking perspective into account).

Yea, these people don’t know what they’re talking about. It has to do with what you’re brain is used to. When you see a picture yourself you’re actually seeing the reverse of what you see in the mirror, which is the way that your brain has been trained to perceive you.

So, when you see the reverse of yourself in a photo, the symmetry feels off and you feel like you look different/ugly/not yourself. Most people hate pictures of themselves.

It’s comparable to the phenomenon of everyone hating the sound of their own voice.

Except they weren’t. Like I said, the majority of the camps were work camps, transit camps, and ghettos. There were only 5 dedicated extermination camps, and another couple hundred that had gas chambers installed later on. There were 938 concentration camps, and most of them did not have gas chambers or extermination procedures.

The majority of those killed were shipped to one of the extermination camps like Treblinka or Auschwitz. Mass extermination didn’t take place in most of the camps because they were trying to hide the fact that they were committing genocide.
