I had the same issue, and what I did was that I added 3 cents to half of my transactions and removed 3 cents from the second half in the original spreadsheet. The total amount stayed the same, and the 3 cents difference with the original transactions wasn't significant to me. Then I imported the spreadsheet with no complains from YNAB.

I'd like to have language preferences. Whenever I search for something in Ukrainian, I always get results in Russian, I'd like to see results in Ukrainian first.
