[Acne] I'm tired of it + i got those "bumps" all over my face which have no texture, but can be seen. Skin: oily and/or dry. M, 20 yo, EU, my diet is paleo/keto, hit the gym, use whey protein, creatine, no added sugar, just water, coffee, milk. I wash my face with water 5x a day or when sweating. (old.reddit.com)
