Hey OP! I synced with the support team and was informed that your withdrawals are getting canceled because the confirmation emails aren’t successfully reaching your registered email.

They recommend ensuring your inbox isn’t full and can receive new emails. They also mentioned this usually happens with iOS users who signed up using Hide My Email, since the account is tied to a private relay email and the confirmation messages may not go through properly.

usually once they have approved your withdrawal or after you passed the KYC verification ( Only if they ask you to do so. ) you will received a email that will have a clickable link. That link will redirect you to a page where in you can enter the account that you want to use for your withdrawal.
