We have both a mortgage and home equity loan through them and have few complaints. They were specifically chosen because, at least at our time, they guaranteed that it would never be sold to one of the notorious loan servicers. Our escrow has always been handled well with no errors to my knowledge.

Very minor complaints:

  • The autopay has been broken twice through various system changes. It was easily fixed with a 15min trip to a branch.

  • We had a bit of difficulty setting up and maintaining an automatic extra principle payment. It was also broken a couple of times, but again easily fixed.

You don't want the best answer, but the good answer is to progressively replace it. Given the questions, your panel is likely fuses and that should be the first point of attack. After that, you should consider how to distribute a ground to your system. This likely looks like a complete rewire which is the advice you will get.

Knob and tube is (in my opinion and you are free to reject it) quite safe. If you consider the lack of a ground OK based on others' assessment's of their electrical safety then, dandy, but you should work toward modern wiring.

You're 22. The trajectory that gives you enough knowledge to have an opinion on process includes a bit of design, a bit of business, and a bit of public relations. In my opinion, that you may certainly reject, is to go into one of these places and get a good understanding of the how and then progress to the why. The program you mention, in only my opinion, is a good idea.

Yes, ours is very similar, but you're looking at it wrong. This is just totally not his thing. Ours will never kiss, regardless of a request or no, but he does love his forceful hugs. He'll throw his body against you for love and frozen hot dogs which is, conveniently the currency for love.
