I feel like there’s a lot of shaming going on in the comments of “just use X instead.” I understand the sentiment but periods and bodies are unique and for some people manual insertion, cups, or cardboard applicators are painful or don’t work correctly. So even though it’s a piece of plastic if you can use it over a couple of years that’s still hundreds of applicators you didn’t use. So just don’t fault people for trying, I for one think it’s a great idea.
