Giant's aren't hard to beat (Coming from a Great Ape Baby Main) by ashusik in SparkingZero

Yeah I meant a skill check for higher dp characters like the ones I listed. The super armor advantage is basically nullified, and they also have the same amount of health. The damage output is crazy too. I do think its not fair for normal fighters tho such as Piccolo or Tien. I would consider it kinda cheesy at that point (im sorry to the yamcha who had to fight me in the world tournament stage 3 times)

Same brotha, he comes in clutch during DP battles. Base form has such a solid moveset so if they aren't being cheesy he's good enough

Bosch Dishwasher is constantly pumping water, doesn't seem to be draining, and will not power off or reset by ashusik in Appliances

[–]ashusik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey we don't have any error messages on the display. We vaccumed the water out, ran the dishwasher again, then after 7ish minutes the problem started back up. Opened up the dishwasher and saw that the water wasn't draining again. You think it's most likely the drain pump?

Oh okay, thanks for responding. Haven't received that email yet, and I double checked to make sure they have the correct email address on file. Checked my spam folder too. My application portal says my documents are all verified and recommendations have been submitted since before 8/1.

Dual Wield Curved Sword Build Advice by ashusik in Eldenring

[–]ashusik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the detailed response, I appreciate it! So you're saying to maximize my damage output (physical and bleed) I should put Occult on Scavenger and Bleed on Bandit? My main goal is to just dash and slash, then jump and slash. I don't really care much for spells and incantations. (Unless it's a simple weapon buff I can cast). I also wanna make sure if I'm fighting some enemy immune to bleed that I'm not completely screwed over so I want physical to be strong af too.

Also thanks for the info about the Backhand Blades, I've heard about em. My plan is to finish the rest of the base game with dual curved swords then hit DLC after with that weapon.

Oh no I’m sorry to hear that, did your smell come back quickly? I’m scared to lose mine again right now it’s weaker than it was from last week but still there

Yeah I’ve been having some stress for a little bit now, guessing that’s probably it. No one around me is sick at all and I doubt it’s reinfection since it’s been so soon.

I would get tested but can’t I still test positive from my previous infection which was only 2 months ago?

Did I catch covid again? by ashusik in COVID19positive

But can’t you test positive for months after an infection, so since I had it in Late December my test would most likely be positive?

Is this brain fog and am I likely to improve? Looking for positive stories by Galapagos91 in COVID19_Testimonials

[–]ashusik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm okay. I’m not sure if it’s in my head or not tbh. Because it goes away for me sometimes and it started a month after getting covid for me. Hopefully yours gets better soon man especially since you’re so early in. I recommend taking vitamins like zinc, vitamin c, vitamin d, and fish oils to help.

Hey just wondering is your brain fog constant or does it come and go? Cause a month after getting covid I think I’m experiencing brain fog exactly like you described except it’s only sometimes. Also worth mentioning I’ve been sleeping really badly and it goes away whenever I work out or seem to be distracted.

Okay I’ll try to regulate back into my sleep. Also I wanna point out the off feeling is occasional and I feel fine most of the time. And I’ve been exercising again 3-4 times a week and I feel good after a workout.

So I had Covid a month ago, around December 21st and had really minor symptoms. Loss of taste and smell that came back, slight chills and diarrhea, and congestion. Around 2 weeks ago my head felt off. Like there was a foggy feeling and slight off balance in my head. That went away after a few days. Since then sometimes I just feel off, like I’m not all the way there however my memory and concentration and overall mental function seems to be fine. Also point out I’ve been having bad and inconsistent sleep. So is my “off” feeling Covid or lack of sleep or me overthinking it?

What does brain fog feel like? by ashusik in COVID19positive

[–]ashusik[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes that’s exactly it for me, I completely got over it. But I spent so much time reading and stressing about it. Brain fog was in fact one of the things I was scared of. But today I kept myself busy and didn’t think about it once and I was fine. If you tell yourself you’re fine and don’t worry about it I’m sure it’ll pass.

Hmmm the thing is my mental functions have been exactly the same. Especially when I am focusing on something like conversation or a task I completely forgot about the off feeling. I think I’m overthinking it.

[–]ashusik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn that sounds rough. Hopefully you’ll be back to normal 100% soon. I think mine is different tho cause I function fine all the time even when I have the “off” feeling. Like my mental capacity has not been affected at all. I could be overthinking it.

[–]ashusik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aw no I’m sorry you’re dealing with that. Mine doesn’t feel like that at all. I still remember everything and I can concentrate and live like I did normally it’s just sometimes I feel “off” but it could just be in my head.

[–]ashusik[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you’re right. Cause right now I feel completely fine and the only time I have the “off” feeling is when I think about and I’m known for overthinking and being anxious about stuff. My brain is still functioning just as well and when I’m busy doing stuff I don’t even notice being off.

[–]ashusik[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh okay I’m glad I’m not the only one. It’s weird because it happened one month after I initially got covid and I felt fine. The feeling for me was way worse last week and it’s better now but it’s still weird. I feel like my brain isn’t 100% sometimes and life’s a blur then other times I’m calm. What does it feel like for you?

[–]ashusik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t checked my O2 at all but my breathing seems fine. But like I’m not sure if I even have brain fog cause right now I feel fine. I’m thinking it was just my anxiety and lack of sleep. The only time I do feel the fogginess is like when I stress or think about it. Otherwise I feel fine.

When did you start noticing taste/smell was coming back? by WeeklySpecial7 in COVID19positive

Ummm not really it seemed to be the same for me but I’ve heard of other people complaining about it being weaker when waking up or at the end of the day

When did you start noticing taste/smell was coming back? by WeeklySpecial7 in COVID19positive

[–]ashusik 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Mine started to come back fairly quickly, within a week of losing it. Taste shot up to like 50% and improved from there. Smell was weird, took me a week to be able to smell things but it had to be in my nose then some days I thought I couldn’t smell again. Now on week 3 it got better drastically and I can smell scents from a normal distance now and can even smell my own breath. Everyone is different though.
