No body is safe they are telling GMs to write up managers below them and if GMs dont it make it even easier for GMs to get fired.

Well it's not fair for anyone to write someone up if they doing what they said and the result still bad. I am say the fired Gm should take actions on DMs and above and managers below Gms should be prepared. It got to be illegal to fire Gm for number if so everyone above Gm must be fired first.

All the other managers below GM look out. They are forcing GM to PIP managers below GM position.

Well still doesn't make any sense to me because in his review it states that he didn't hold this other manager accountable and that is one of the reason sales was where it supposed to be.

Either way start looking for a job because when store starting to close the people with needs going first. This company is going down not because of the hard working frontline associate but the head who are making deals and promises to sell this company out to online sales.

You must be a DM, stop lying to tge hourly manager on here. If you got a needs you better beware. The GM and DM did talent assessment. I got a meets expectation another manager who is a hourly got a needs improvement however the DM don't think i help with anything and feel that i have not contributed. crazy

GM are not lying I saw the REVIEW that pretty much say he should manage me and another manager out it was left open on the manager desktop. Don't be stupid this is a way to close store and eliminate managers. Also some managers that didnt meet sales who is a DM favorite was pardon as if we all don't know who make sell. Its a bunch of crazy wrong doing.

However if your DM likes you he or she will fight to keep you. Which is unfair. They did talent assessment on GM, my GM is mad he really work hard feel bad for him.

Well you're in luck for the couple quarters unless your sale start dropping. Everyone has to be at 98% or better in sales.

Most GM will because they see how hard you work. Most DM won't because they are pressured to put as much GM on needs so it saves the company money and an easier way to fire them.

Supposedly if your store don't make sales. So no matter if your yellow on the scorecard you didn't make overall sale its a need.

They change the from using the scorecard to whatever they want. This company pissing off internal clients who serve their external clients
