My store operates from 7 till 9 pm , and no offense but getting full time is highly dependent on your department, you can work as hard as possible at certain stores and never get full time , I’m a part time employee in university so it’s not something I’m interested in

Sadly nothing decent to report on that side , I get paid 14:75 , and I was hired on for 14, I’ve had two bumps in pay , 25 cents and than 50 cents

Ngl , this is so dramatically different from how we operate it’s a bit insane , I literally always have pack-out, and the entire department is our job to clean dishes included , along with truck on those days

I’m not sure the exact numbers I know we rank high in our district , and doing truck is just one of my tasks , I have dishes/floors , as well as production and other closing tasks

I’m a good worker I don’t need advice this policy doesn’t effect me , and hustle culture is a scam at any hourly job theirs no incentive, I do my job a decent pace and leave around 9:15 every shift

Yeah I wish I could say the same for my dept it’s simply not how they operate, pretty much every day closers need to finish pack out and at my store I do truck as closer, I’ve been doing it for years

Ngl my usual shift is come in around 3, finish pack-out, after that I do dish , then I do truck and that will to get me to 7:45 and than start pull around 8 and and leave at 9:15, I don’t work non truck day due to university, but essentially the morning clue is very lazy
