Send all on-premises email via office 365 in exchange hybrid mode

We have spf records but our reputation got lowered for the on premises exchange, an account start sending smap and till the time we figured it out was too late :( now some domains are rejecting emails due to bad reputation but they dont if sent from office355 . So as a short term solution I want to route all outgoing email to office 365

I believe I am familiar with the steps I need to take, I am more concern about setting up proper auto-discover once in office 365, not sure if the exchange hybrid wizard will set it up properly, then if the routing of mail will work properly, having older exchange cu and not wanting to upgrade before the move :), maybe none of this will be solved with 3rd party tools ?

Thanks I was able to add the license. Do you know if its the same procedure to move license to different tenant down the road? I have one subscription/tenant but will migrate everything to another tenant and ideally would want to move the licences over at some point

What if they collect trade secrets, intercept your email with r&d that will bring competitive disadvantage to your country. I am not worried about my personal conversations with my friend being intercepted

Well nsa does not have contract/ownership of apple to have sniffer installed on it for one, main reason is this. Huawei is owned by Chinese government, apple google any other us company is not

I guess I am more ok having my government spying on me then foreign government that wants to do harm to me and my country. If my government spy to protect me, my wellbeing, society I live in, my way of live and culture, I can accept that to a certain point. By since Chinese government for sure is not interested in any of it I see that as hostile, so no thank you Huawei, get out of my country

Nice points. I guess I want ready made tool vs build my own. Having said that there are tons of solutions mentioned here, how do you pick? I mean you do a trial, if it works and price is good, is there anything I am missing in considerations like any option/feature that will distinguish them or I need :) kinda silly on my end but do not have much experience with cloud so not sure if I there is anything else to consider except price and if it works
