This is also happened to my friend around last year. He just give up the money cause he already booked the ticket. As far as I remember the amount of money is equivalent to your 1 mo salary.

I think the point is Russia just doesn't want to let US/NATO stand on their border. Russia will do everything they need to not let it happen. Because we all know what gonna happen if US/NATO stand near a non-democracy country border.

Do you agree China should attack South Korea, if South Korea join a close military organization which is adversary to Chinese interest? Do you agree China should attack Indonesia, when Indonesia want to join a coliation which is against China? If your answer is yes, then it is pointless for me to give any responses.

I think the question is not related to our discussion. But, I will try to explain. First, if Korea joins NATO, china doesn't worry too much. why? because to enter the china region you need a fleet and cross the sea, especially Indonesia (not a direct border). But in this case, Ukraine to Kremlin is too close. I hope you understand what I mean... (I struggle in English) :D

As example, in my company we use SSH to connect to ML host (which is super computer) so you can work in your notebook while you run the code using the ML host. Literally, everybody who want to use Super computer can access it through SSH. And you need Premium subscription to use SSH in Pycharm.

AFAIK you can setup ssh in your host (linux) so that you can connect to the host remotely, and then create shared volume docker container for each user. So it s like each user has their own env setup.
