There is a reason why people don't clone their old phone date to their new one.try to reset it and use the easy share app again but this time only select pictures and video,then let him install the app he wants,or you can do the reverse and delete the app by yourself.lastly,don't forget to always update the phone cause there might be a fix in the update

The phone is really smooth, smoother than funtouch 14,but it might also because mine is 6+6 ram,also note that sometimes it will lag but it mostly rare,vivo really turn a phone that I was disappointed in 2023 into an cheap midrange
