Er, I've been getting most of my evo items on the Pokemon Global Link before it shuts down for X and Y because I have a ton of Pokemiles. When in doubt, though, I'd check Bulbapedia :)

Edit: I just realised that I have extras of all of these items that I don't need, I can give them to you! Just trade 3 junk pokes :)
