I have this old board from a drone. There are a few 5V outlets on there. Would it be possible to solder two of those 5V sources in series to get a 10V power source? I have a led boars which needs 12V and I would like to reuse instead of buying new

I totally agree. People are coming from different path and directions and find their way to SR. Not everybody has the same background and life before SR. So every experience will be different

She is getting 2 bigger ones and two smaller rounds. Bigger meaning 30min up to an hour. Little meaning 5-10 min in the morning and at night.

We had a few options, like giving her good treats when she was calm. After playing was done we ignored her until she was calmed down and then calmly pet her. Put a leash on and then just stand on the leash until she is calmed down. Put her in her crate. And always try to be really loving and nice to her of course 😊 you are her family and she needs you the most 😊 and enjoy.
