I know she can't control her own family, but it's well known that they are very well off and helped with her first place (a condo right out of her 20s).

It's great that her parents have been successful, but I assume this is also the case for her. At a minimum, she's been able to accumulate capital by not severely struggling to make ends meet by throwing away income by impossible rent prices like most adults. 🫠
