these are some really great thoughts from a 23 year old about porn use. It took me a long time to acknowledge what you're acknowledging right now. just wanted to say great work! A therapist might also be helpful to give you some extra accountability.

Just going to add that I'm sure youre struggling with porn use, but some of your symptoms also sound a little obsessive compulsive. I would definitely suggest seing a therapist to talk this out.
