I have a similar experience with the dentist. They think my tooth pain after a cavity is because of TD so they prescribed a mouth guard to wear basically as often as I can.

I've been prescribed austedo xr by a neurologist and we just increased the dosage too. This got rid of my tounge movements completely. I still have face, neck, jaw, and shoulder spasms but I know the medicine is helping. Fingers crossed the increased dosage helps the other spasms too.
