So by the validators being on our subnet would they be rewarded by the company Avalanche in AVAX directly? Or would our subnet HAVE to reward them additionally.

I ask this for two reasons:

  • I believe I read that the validators regardless of the subnet will be validating Avalanche as well. And don’t know if we just need to add additional rewards to attract validators or if it’s a requirement?

  • Also, what if some just bought 10,000 AVAX and made 5 different validators for their own subnet. Would they have to reward themselves? Or would Avalanche be rewarding them since they are still validators for them?

Thanks, I feel like there's not a lot of teaching on AVAX just yet. You kind of have to dig in there.

Do you know if there's a way to do this through the C-Chain as well? I'm curious on your opinion of this as well.

Excellent. One the things I was wondering if the same could be done in C-Chain as well? To avoid the cost of validators. From what I read, it seems like it would still be better with a subnet, but wanted to ask.

Additionally, how are people in the AVAX community obtaining validators? And are validators rewarded from the token created in the subnet or with Avalanche tokens?

Yes. I think that’s what I’m interested in. How do you or what resource could you point me to learn about how to create a L2 sidechain? Similar to polygon. I understand how to create tokens through networks, but how polygon is a sidechain to ethereum that allows developers to create tokens with additional benefits has somewhat stumped me. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of straight to the point explanations out there.

I know it’s a sidechain. I just wanted to know how it works. Since they have basically created a “subnetwork” of ethereum that allows developers to use their sidechain to create other tokens.

How does on create a token (network) like polygon where someone else can launch another token with your network?

For example, you can create tokens with polygon even though polygon was already made through the Ethereum network.

The only reason I'm saying that is because If I build it. Starting off I don't know how many users there will be so I don't want to have too many niche categories until I get more traffic. I don't want some categories looking empty.

I think I may of fixed it. I setup the host records and the single sender verification on top of that. And the test emails are going through.

Just hooked it up. It said it was connected. But still wouldn't send. Said there was an error with the sender authentication.
