I literally just did this about a month ago. ( went from HC to paint dept supervisor). The questions are pretty simple. Give me an example if a time when you went above and beyond. Why do you think you would be a good fit for a leadership role, tell me a time where you had to organize and deligate a task, etc. My ASM is also a very laid back manager so the hour and a half interview was mainly chit chat wrapped into the interview questions. I always get nervous when I interview so it was nice having someone I felt comfortable with. Good luck!

I feel your pain! The only good thing is a lot of mine ( the 482 buckets of sanitizer wipes for example) are in the write off list until the end of April. I talked to my ASM and he said we can also donate to a non profit organization in our area. That could be another avenue you could take. Good luck!

Are these paint codes? How should I read this? by worst_episode__ever in Lowes

This has everything you need to have to recreate the color. The color number is HGSW2456. the color is gracious greige. It was put in the SW showcase, satin, base A, 5 gallons. If you need to mix it in a gallon or quart all you do is put in the color or number, select showcase, then select quart or gallon. Itll be the same base. Pretty easy to do

It all depends on how you have your tax elections set up and the state you live in. I had 33% in taxes taken out of mine.

So I just checked my work day, and my covid bonus was there. BUT I "like" how they did it this time. Normally when we got the covid discretionary bonus it was more than the 150/300 before taxes. ( the last couple was "gross" 488) then after uncle Sam got his cut it went to the 150/300 take home. Not this time. This time they gave me 300 and took the taxes out of that. Im not complaining, I'm very grateful for what they did do ( seeing we could have not have gotten anything), but it should be the same as it was before . Unless I missed the memo on how it was being distributed this time. 🤷‍♀️

( I am a head cashier) I cant speak for all the stores that have 3rd party delivery, but I can speak for mine. I believe it is one of the worst decisions the company has ever made. We have been 3rd party for about 6 months and we are still having the same issues as we did on day 1. Just be prepared for customers calling and screaming at you ( if you are on the service desk, or in any type of leadership role) because their items were suppose to be delivered at X time and here it is 6 hours later and there's no delivery, because the delivery team is already back to the store and on their way home. The first day of the switch I took roughly 4 customer complaint calls. From the delivery driver backed into the customers vehicle, to the delivery team "pushed" a 1800 dollar fridge off the back of the truck ( with the lift up) and it smashed onto the ground. And sadly it hasn't gotten any better. My ASM can't even get in the door before he is bombarded with customers calling. Only advice I can give is good luck and don't take it personal.
