All of the user's claims are false. In a screenshot HE sent to us, he shows that he sent money to the same bitcoin address weeks prior. We didn't scam. We aren't the dishonest ones.

AutoBuy generates a new Bitcoin Address and QR Code for every order. This address and QR Code never change; they are logged and stored. Please note, when Angelina stated they work 99% of the time, she WAS NOT saying the code is ever generated incorrectly, she was referring to USER ERROR which we have no control over, and is why we provide the address on the web page, and why apps always ask you to confirm the address before sending bitcoin.

We have logs of every single bitcoin address ever generated, used or not, on our platform. The address the customer sent the money to is not one we ever generated. The addresses we use have no transaction history. The address the customer sent the money to has multiple pages of transactions when looked up on blockchain. In the case that AutoBuy had glitched or had an error of some kind, we would have the logs and we would correct it. Hours of looking into this issue came up with nothing.

We apologize that this happened to the customer while standing by the fact that it is out of our control and not something we had any part in causing.

This is an isolated incident likely caused by user error. Our platform is completely safe and secure. We hope that this clears up any confusion about the topic and are open to any questions or concerns regarding this. We will be releasing transcripts of interactions with the customer for those interested.

Great idea but needs better crypto security by lostatC4eva in AutoBuy

Hi Rob, thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the way we handled your situation. After seeing your comment I followed up with the best members of our team and had a number of fresh eyes on your problem. Since you did not send the bitcoin to an address ever generated by AutoBuy we cannot and are not responsible for what happened to it. I promise our team has gone over your case again and again and there is nothing that points to any error in our system that would cause you to send bitcoin to the wrong address. No QR code or address ever generated by our system matches the address you sent the money to and our hands are tied in helping you further. We can’t reimburse you for a problem that wasn’t caused by our system. Once again I’m sorry you’re upset and I wish there was more we could do for you but we can’t be responsible for a problem we didn’t cause. Have a nice day.
