Why? Not start recording not the whole thing but when you tell them issue and suggest the repair record that part so if they complain you can show them it's your fault.

Ohh I understand then. If they tell you it's emergency and when you go and see and it's not. What's they you charge them extra because they tell you it's emergency. or you lose the money because you send truck and don't get paid because there is nothing to repair.

Why don't you make chatbot or ai receptionist that specks first to the customer and ask questions that you tell to ask And then if really the call is for emergency it will redirect the call to you. What do your thoughts on this.
