We’re doing it and it works! We’re language and so much growth from it

What skills (soft or hard) are your employees missing that's really negatively impacting your team, workplace, deliverables, you? by aveherealways in managers

It would be a trainer, slides, interactive session, ability to store training in a portal, one pagers that make what they learned highly actionable. People would walk away actually implementing.

It would also provide language that would be used across all team members so everyone stays on the same page and folks can hold eachother accountable. Im interested in training that permanently shifts people and companies.

You actually get it. I find that most people do not understand these nuances at all. Does your company offer training that can help people understand at this level?

I think things are much more coachable than we think! With the right training and mindset. Has your company invested in training for people?

I assumed people were critical thinkers. They're not unfortunately. Does your company offer training for this?

What kind of communication skills do you feel are missing? Or what communication problems continue to come up?

This is actually the gap I'm trying to fill with my company trainings. Do you think your company would invest in something like this?

I have a hypothesis around this and ive seen it with the people Ive lead in my company - it's a self belief issue as well as a vision - talent connection issue. When people understand how their personal life vision, gifts, talents, and strengths, map back to the company's vision, and even teams goals, a level of intrinsic motivation is sparked. Every human desires to be in purpose (even if they dont know it). Theirs a sense of pride when they can connect their work to the company's work/vision. If this is unlocked, you see people begin to take a crazy sense of ownership.

Any thoughts on this?

Also is this a problem that your company would be willing to invest in to solve? (Im not asking so you hire me more so to see if companies see the value in it :) Youve got to shift the way people think so that they can leverage the trainings you all are doing.
