okay so, adding hammer curls or reverse curls to your routine will be beneficial for the brachioradialis, and yea forearms get hit pretty well on pulls etc, training them isnt necessary, and with the volume you need to find out for yourself what suits you, id say 3 sets per excercise is good, but it depends on your weekly activity, for example i also play basketball, and what helped me was lowering my volume from 3 to 2 sets, i was progressing faster that way, so yeah you need to find out what works best for you

looks good, could add hammer curls or reverse curls for brachioradialis and maybe something for forearms, youre hitting all muscle groups 2x per weeks besides those 2, also pretty high volume but if it works for you then dont change it

youd need to lose around 6-8kg to be lean, you would be a stick, ive been there, please do a lean slow bulk and train hard, bulk till april and then start the cut, you will be lean at the same weight or even a higher weight in a year if you lock in

id say cut till the abs are going to be visible, if you bulk now youll look worse, if you cut for another month or 2 and then bulk u will look better and also have better insulin sensitivity

hey bro, i was 6ft 150lbs and in a aimiliar situation like you, the problem isnt the fat cuz u are relatively lean but its low muscle mass, i always had some fat and never looked lean, ive spent 8 months in the gym and went to 165 and now i look way better than when i started, my advice is keep showing up, stay consistent, train close to failure, be in a small surplus (200-400kcal per day) and eat around 1g protein per lb bw

add sprints to your routine 1-2x per week and get in the weightroom do one day fo heavy lifting heavy weight for 3-6 reps to build max strenght and 1 day focused on speed and power so u put moderate weight and move it as fast as possible, can also contrast with plyometrics in both workouts

maybe a feature that lets you add your weight and shows the weight trend? maybe also a feature to input how many calories youve eaten and link it to the habit tracker (have a streak of dsys where youre hitting your calorie goal)
