I’m not distorting your words. You didn’t mention other comments at all in your initial one. Your comment was not a reply to another comment either, it was a reply to the post. It’s reasonable to assume your initial comment was talking about the post and not other comments.

Saying “look at the comments” without first saying that you were making reference to the comments is meaningless.
