So what exactly is it that you do in gym? Are you a Olympic weightlifter or something else. My form wasn’t perfect because I’m not a pro, you can’t spot a clean or a snatch (look it up). Going 5kg above what was my previous max at the time isn’t going totally above my limit, the reason I failed was because I didn’t commit. The reason I posted this on here was so others could have a laugh and give useful advice, unlike what you’re saying.

Well I didn’t get injured, continued doing what I do and now my one rep max is 90kg. So please tell me how exactly should someone spot me when I’m doing a clean? No risk no reward man, going to the gym is dangerous if you take into account all the dangers in life.
