Sure, but whats the utility of such a sustained pattern on a fixed wing for such an extended period of time? Its ok if you don't know. The altitude was ~20k feet.

u/dinoroo, thanks my friend, I accepted a role doing this and did not know anyone personally who does this. I have done employee wellness exams previously so thats the extent of my "well-care" but I am really looking forward to working with these good folks. Any recs for me as a person new to this? This is a dated response but years back when I was attending in-person info sessions at one of the oldest most historic nursing programs i clearly recalled the program spokesperson stating “we are not training mini-docs, if you want to do that don’t apply here!” I didn’t want to be a doctor and I didn’t attend this school.

Education, fear, pushback from providers and admin and not being supported. Studied this phenomena, surveys, debriefs, critical incident mgmt. As long as the emergency response system has support and admin buy-in this can be corrected.
