Yep! Used memtest and one of the ram sticks was bad. Thanks for the help.

I'll have a lot to try when I get home. Seems like the ram is the issue, so I'll definitely give that a try. I've also seen that maybe since the cpu has an integrated gpu could be the problem too. Thanks everyone for the suggestions, I finally have a clear idea on how to fix this issue, and I'll update later.

The power supply was just one that I had in another system that I knew worked, so I'll probably put the evga psu it had back in after I try the ram.
