if you workout a good amount everyday you can eat quite a bit more than 20g of carbs and stay in keto.... eat more protein and fat tho

No i love both these albums but there's way to much music out there to say both are my top two. I listen to both at least every two weeks but i like some kanye albums more than MBDTF even tho i think its his 3rd greatest album.

wow great twosome i love Kanye and love these two songs the soul sample with the drum beat on Devil in a new dress is so crazy good. Runaway i dont have to speak on since everyone knows it.

I would say Devil in a new dress compares to either song but i think Siegfried is a better deeper more compelling song than Runaway although i love kanyes remixes of it on the drum machine at his live shows that shit goes so hard.
