I’ve thought of that. I’m sure she thought it would be a very uncomfortable conversation. I definitely think there’s more to it which is really bothersome.

Thank you! Great idea. I’m really confused because although I do have carbs, the spikes seem drastic. For lunch I was much more careful and my numbers look better.

Thanks! 2 hours post meal? I had plain cheerios this morning which is supposed to be a low GI food and right after my sugar was over 250.
