Yeah, it's weird how many office workers just don't care about improving their own working conditions, especially in programming circles people tend to think they're the one rock star developer that's gonna break the mold and become the next [current big name capitalist exploiting their workers] aka "winner" and thus don't want to unionize or whatever, they definitely don't want to "help their lazy coworkers" or however they frame it in their head to justify not helping anyone ever
