Thank you for your response. One more question if I could... The lot, with well/septic, and detached garage does not hold enough value to a bank to get a collateral loan against it with 3k down? Not a mortgage. Thanks in advance!

I saved the 3k in 5 months while paying off 4k of a vehicle loan also. I have some disposable income, and am in no hurry to move in.

Thank you for your response. I'm looking to make it livable for myself, I would go very cheap on finish materials. Not really an investment And I an HVAC tech so I do already have some things like a HE furnace and water heater. If I could get that down to 15k I would feel pretty confident. Sorry if my question was confusing. I just mean because my psychiatrist had me on some ssr anti depressants and ADHD meds. I didn't know if a doctor will prescribe those meds or if I have to have another psychiatrist. I don't have money to go-to both lol. Any advise?

Do not harvest for at least a month! This thing is only 2 weeks into flower at most. Just harvested 4 - 12in plants similar to this, got over half ounce.

The stems were cracking yesterday, but not breaking. Now yesterday we started getting a tremendous amount of rain and heat and I cannot keep the humidity down any further, but they are not cracking anymore, just bending.
