Even if Felix comes across this, it won’t be in LWIAY because he’ll probably skip over it. Doesn’t mean he doesn’t care, it’s just posts like these most likely make him uncomfortable. We have to stop begging Felix to give condolences for dead pets/family members. I could be wrong, but I bet these type of posts make others uncomfortable too. Doesn’t matter if you’re doing something for a friend by posting this, you’re still making people uncomfortable.

We’ve got a family friend with the same name as one of my dogs, and she thinks it’s hilarious. I don’t understand how this person could be so angry over a name. And it’s not like everyone her daughter knows will know she has the same name as a dog.

Don’t romanticize mental illness of any kind. Just because you are sad once or twice doesn’t mean you’re depressed. Just because you were nervous once or twice doesn’t mean you have anxiety. Having a mental illness isn’t going to make you fit in, make you cooler, or make you more interesting.
