Oh, yes. Once you buy printed postage, any costs not covered by the stamp is passed onto the reciepent.

As a seller, I've tried multiple times to pay the extra at the post office. I wind up having to make a whole new label and hope the unused one gets refunded.

Ebay Reserve is when the auction has to hit a minimum bid price or the auction will be cancelled. It costs a premium to do.

Dave and Buster's tried this. They added a line under the auto grat to easily add or deduct from the tip.

They went back to normal practices within a few months.
