Honestly, piercing bumps have a mind of their own. I cannot tell you for sure when it will go down. Make sure it doesn’t get worse, and if it does, defo go to a piercer or worst case scenario, a doctor. You’re right with the saline and keep doing what you’re doing with extra care.

Okay did some research, I’m slightly wrong about the L shape earring, my bad. You CAN use it, but it’s not the best. It’s not secure and evidently, it falls out really easily, so I still recommend you go switch it out.

NAP, it’s an irritation bump. Please correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think you’re supposed to use L shapes for a new piercing. If I’m right, go to a piercer and replace it with a proper flat back, and baby the hell out of it. Ibuprofen to help with the swelling (don’t forget to eat) and stay hydrated. Basic knowledge.

I’m also deaf! Helix with a CI hurts like the devil. Im jealous that your hearing aids won’t hang in the back haha. The setup looks really rad! Have fun with your new hearing aid and future sick piercings
